Jessica Paull is the President of Sofia Information Technology Consulting, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors.  Jessica’s leadership experience includes bringing a new company and several products to market, overseeing acquisitions, and managing conversions.   She has worked in the Research & Development arena to develop, prototype, and launch new technology and devices.  Other leadership roles include serving as Vice President of R&D and Sales and directing a technology division.

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in government contracting and in several commercial industries including: technology, fintech, and both public and private insurance.  She has worked extensively to interpret and implement federal and state policy and legislative changes to organizations, systems, and processes.  Her background includes collaboration with DHS/FEMA, NFIP, and DOI’s in every US state and territory.  She served as a private sector liaison for a federal department technology modernization effort.

Jessica has experience in Enterprise Resource Planning, Contract Management, Program Management, and Project Management, including the creation of a proprietary project management solution.

Jessica studied Intelligence Information Management at Eckerd College; to include earning a certification in Enterprise Architecture.
